    The Orphan Train: A Forgotten Chapter of History Join Pam Ekholm, Archives Assistant for the State Historical Society, for a compelling presentation on the story of the Orphan Train. June 3rd, 6pm at the Hurley Library. This little-discussed period in history is rarely covered in textbooks, yet it was an emotional and dramatic time for thousands of children from New York City.
